Fishing

I always love it when my dad takes me fishing up at scofeild. sometimes he takes mom or my friends too, but this time it was just the two of us. We got up there and He started to try and start the boat to make sure it worked before we got in the water. It turnes out both the batteries in there were dead and the boat was never gonna start. We were both really disapointed. But then he said, Why don't we just fish off shore? So we found some neat red rocks to fish off of and we did. within five minutes I caught a two pounder ! Scott was amazed and so was I. the rest of the time we caught little tiny ones and we almost caught a crodad. He taught me how to fish with a bobber and told me it was called Huckle berry fin fishing. It was really fun to watch it bob up and down.we'd throw the little ones back in and then cast in again. we counted and within twenty seconds of recasting we'd catch another one. Scott almost got pinched trying to pick a crodad up out of a shallow water. So even though our boat wouldn't start we had a blast. :)
